Steps to delete your account

1. Sign in to your Gurudev AI account below.
2. Type DELETE to confirm — we verify it's really your account before acting on it, so this cannot be requested by email.
3. We process the request and email you once it's done.

What happens when you delete your account

• Deleted: your account, profile, verified phone number and email, and your chat history.
• Kept, with anything identifying you removed: feedback you submitted, support messages, and any safety records — the content is kept, but nothing on it points back to you.
• Kept as-is: if you've unsubscribed from our emails, that choice stays in effect — deleting your account should not make you start receiving email again.
• Timeframe: we process deletion requests within 7–14 business days, and email you once it's done.
