If you wish to delete your Gurudev AI account and all associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request via email.

How to request deletion

Please send an email to our support team using the button below. You must include the phone number you used to log into the app so we can locate and verify your account.

What happens when you request deletion?

  • Data Deleted: Your phone number, name, email address, profile information, and all your past chat history (questions asked) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Data Kept: We may retain anonymized, aggregated analytics data (e.g., total number of users) that cannot be linked back to you. We may also retain basic logs temporarily for security and debugging purposes, which are automatically purged within 90 days.
  • Processing Time: We will process your deletion request within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed.
