What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your phone number (used only for login via OTP). During onboarding, you may optionally provide your name and email address.

When you use the app, your questions are sent to our servers to generate answers. We do not store your questions permanently unless you explicitly save them (chat history feature, coming soon).

How we use it

• Phone number — to verify your identity via one-time code. Never shared.
• Name — to personalise your experience (e.g. greetings).
• Email — to notify you about product updates or your account status. Optional. Never sold or shared with third parties.
• Questions — processed in real time to generate answers. Not stored longer than necessary for the request.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and user data storage.
• OpenAI — to generate answers from Gurudev's teachings.
• Pinecone — vector database for retrieving relevant content.
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for voice playback.
• Railway / Vercel — cloud hosting.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary for the service to function (e.g. your question text is sent to OpenAI to generate an answer).

Data retention

Your profile (name, phone, email) is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
